To better meet the needs of our growing and diverse community now and for the next 30 years, the reimagined Discovery Center of Idaho will offer state-of-the-art exhibitions currently unavailable to us, along with expanded educational outreach programming for students, educators and the general public.
Calling all curious campers! This summer, we are excited to host old favorites and exciting new offerings for campers between 5 – 14 years old. Get ready to tap into your creativity as we explore dinosaurs, storytelling, printmaking, the wizarding world and so much more! Enjoy an engaging and unforgettable break with our education team at the Discovery Center of Idaho.
Join us for this 21+ event and enjoy a variety of programming provided by our awesome list of partners! Plus, full access to Mummies of the World: The Exhibition! Drinks, food, fun & mummies.
From now through April 25th, our Education Team will host Discovery Labs on Thursday afternoons from 2-4 pm. Drop into our classroom space anytime between 2:00 and 4:00 pm for hands-on facilitated STEAM activities. This program is available to all visitors of the Discovery Center and does not require pre-registration. Topics will vary week to week; some may include a take-home component.
