BRICKS! is a new 3,000 square foot, highly interactive exhibition that is open now at the Discovery Center of Idaho! The hands-on exhibits have been designed and built by the Discovery Center’s Exhibits Team in the Micron Innovation Lab located within the Center.

BRICKS! ignites curiosity in design and engineering processes while visitors build, create, and imagine, developing a new appreciation for this timeless classic building block. With over a dozen STEM-based, hands-on exhibits and activities, and remarkable displays of brick creations from local artists, BRICKS! takes this iconic favorite to new heights and is sure to capture the minds and hearts of visitors of all ages.

A big THANK YOU to our presenting sponsor: Idaho STEM Action Center!

Also a big THANK YOU to the Idaho LEGO® User Group (IdahoLUG), for sharing your talented members and artwork with us and to POWER Foundation for their support!

We encourage people of all ages to actively participate in activities that foster lifelong STEM learning. Educational programs like Young Discoverers and summer camps offer hands-on exploration, and we get to see adults rekindle their passion for the sciences during special events and exhibitions. And that, that spark of learning and excitement, is why we do what we do.

There are many ways that you can play a part in helping the Discovery Center of Idaho remain a viable, valued asset to our community. Donations from charitable individuals and corporate sponsors help fund special programs, new exhibits and more. Our volunteers, who give selflessly of their time and knowledge, enhance our guests' experiences. And you, the members of our community, play an important role when you purchase an admission ticket or membership. With your support, we can preserve and promote our mission.

We host a variety of events here at the Discovery Center of Idaho: Young Discoverers, Adult Nights, and friendly challenges among members and frequent visitors.
